Looking for a 3-ingredient snack/meal?

If you want a high-calcium, high-protein, and high-fiber meal then look no further, for I present a meal that will satisfy every craving. I don’t have a name for it, but I’ll give you the recipe.

1. Cut a cored apple into bite-sized pieces

2. Put 2-3 heaping dollops of plain yogurt on top.

3. Put a tablespoon of peanut butter (crunchy is the best!)

4. Mix all ingredients together and eat!
