This recipe for homemade (and spiked!) eggnog is from The Kitchen and it makes just enough for two.
Some tips for making eggnog besides the ones The Kitchen provide is to cool the blender jar and serving glasses before starting the eggnog. Some blenders heat when the motor is running and since no one likes scrambled eggnog, placing the blender jar in the freezer 30 minutes before helps keep the drink chilled. This also works for the glasses you serve the eggnog in to ensure maximum well-chilled nog.
